Training Summary
The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) has the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) to recognize the BA professional's knowledge and skills, and supports their lifelong BA career progression. This 4 day course will help you prepare and successfully complete the CBAP certification. By the end of this course, you will have a thorough understanding of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Knowledge Areas that defines the responsibilities and skills of a Business Analyst. It explains some of the industry's best practices associated with analysis and provides the knowledge to apply the basic framework for analyzing business problems and opportunities as outlined by the BABOK 3.0. Students will learn all they need to pass the exam through class room exercises, homework assignments, and simulated exams. All of which encourage active participation throughout this course. This course is in compliance with BABOK 3.0 and will help you meet the eligibility criteria of 35 hours of professional development to be eligible for the CBAP.
Prerequisites
Before taking this course, you should have extensive Business Analysis experience and any Business Analysis training recommended.
