Delivery Options

Traditional Instructor-Led Training

ProTech holds Instructor-Led Training classes throughout the United States and Canada in our corporate and partner locations. This option gives your employees the opportunity to interact closely with ProTech's highly qualified instructors and benefit from their extensive experience and industry knowledge.  Students learn through lectures and demonstrations, as well as hands-on lab work.

• Hands On Labs - Our courses provide students with an optimum environment using a mix of lecture and intensive hands-on lab time to reinforce the learning experience.
• Post-Class Support - ProTech provides free post-class support to all of our students who have attended a course.  Please send your questions to support@protechtraining.com and one of our instructors will answer your technical questions within 24 hours.
• Flexibility - ProTech delivers classes either onsite, offsite or as open enrollment events.  We can also customize our deliveries to meet your specific requirements.  Public classes may also be scheduled in your area by request. 

Live Virtual Classroom

ProTech offers Live Virtual Classroom training from our MyProTech portal.  The delivery method is an online replication of our traditional Instructor-Led Training with the same hand-on lab environments and live ProTech instructors.  Thousands of students have successfully participated in our virtual workshops.  All that is required is a computer with Internet access. 

• National Access - Live Virtual Classrooms allow you to pull your resources from your offices across the country at the most convenient time for you!  Our classes can be taught in full or half-day formats or even taught over several weeks.  What time is most convenient for you? 
• Cost Effectiveness - Live Virtual Classrooms allow you to minimize your costs and maximize your training investment.  You will avoid the expenses and inconvenience associated with student and instructor travel while allowing more of your training budget to be dedicated to learning.   
• Flexibility - ProTech offers its Live Virtual Classroom for both dedicated private classes as well as open enrollment events.

Self-Paced eLearning

In addition to our own traditional Instructor-Led Classroom training and Live Virtual Classroom, ProTech also partners with leading computer-based training (CBT) distributors to offer our clients the option of Self-Paced eLearning.

Self-paced eLearning is available for students who need to learn during off-hours or cannot dedicate time for a classroom or online event.  Self-paced courses are also useful in designing a "blended learning" approach for level-setting the students' prerequisite knowledge before attending a live event or as follow up reference material afterward.

In the future, watch for new innovative self-paced products to be offered by ProTech in the area of streaming video content, online learning portals and "knowledge communities" inside our MyProTech student environment.
